What is The Healthy Tree – Wholeheartedly Healthy?
People, in general, tend to spend a lot of time, money and effort micro-managing food and exercise, but forget the other crucial elements which make up a healthy, wholehearted life. As a health and wellbeing professional, I believe that we can only achieve a state of full, integrated health, once we learn to balance food, rest and movement. This happens when we are in tune with our body, mind and soul.
To help you achieve this state, I create a detailed assessment of my client’s diet, lifestyle, environment and core beliefs. I then use this information to tailor a personalised programme which will address any nutritional and lifestyle imbalances that have been identified. I also, when necessary, work alongside other healthcare professionals and make use of functional tests.
